Lose Weight with a Hula Hoop

Sometimes it's not easy working out. You have to leave work. Drive to a fitness center. Get dressed and undressed. Preferably shower or freshen up. Mingle and Chat. Return to Work.

At Take Action I can work out in my heels and dress. How? Just do the Hula Hoop for 30 mins.
